YES 

  • If you are exchanging an item for a wrong or incorrect size, you get a FREE SIZE EXCHANGE 
  • If you are exchanging an item for a different one (different color, different footbed, different product or brand), it will be for free with additional $10 bonus credit to use for purchasing the new item (use the SHOP NOW option in Loop)
  • If you are an ELITE member, exchanging an item is FREE of charge



DO TAKE NOTE of the following eligibility criteria:

  • unworn and within 30 days from the delivery date
  • not under Final Sales/Final Clearance items
  •  Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to you at your cost or forfeited if you choose not to have the items shipped back to you.


  • How long does it take for me to get my exchanged item/s?
    Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive at our facility. This time may vary depending on the shipping method. Once we receive the items your exchange will be processed same as regular orders (2-3 business days processing and 5-7 business days shipment and delivery). You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready to be ship including the tracking number.
