What is your loyalty program?
Earn points for every purchase, referral, and more – then redeem them for exclusive discounts on future orders. The more points you earn, the more you save!
Program Details:
- Points Activation: Your points will be ready to use 35 days after they’re earned.
- Reward Certificates: Enjoy your rewards! Certificates are valid for one year before they expire.
- Points & Memberships: Points and memberships are non-transferable and can’t be combined with another account.
- Returns: Points earned from returned items will be removed from your balance.
- Point Expiration: Points expire 12 months after they’re earned, so don’t forget to use them!
The Walking Company reserves the right to adjust the number of points required to redeem specific Loyalty Rewards at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website at www.thewalkingcompany.com.

How do I earn loyalty points?
You can earn points every time you shop – and through a variety of fun activities!
Here’s how you can earn:
- 3 points for every $1 spent in-store or online
- 250 points when you create an account
- 100 points when you join our mailing list
- 1,000 points when you refer a friend – they’ll get $10 off their first purchase over $75
- 200 points for leaving a review
- 250 points for a photo review
- 250 points for a video review
- 500 points to celebrate your birthday with us
- 25 points for following us on Instagram
- 25 points for liking us on Facebook
- 25 points for subscribing to our YouTube channel

How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Loyalty points can be redeemed for vouchers in the following amounts:
- 500 points = $5 voucher
- 1,000 points = $10 voucher
- 2,000 points = $20 voucher
- 2,500 points = $25 voucher
- 5,000 points = $50 voucher
- 7,500 points = $75 voucher
- 10,000 points = $100 voucher
