What is your price adjustment policy? 

The Walking Company will refund the difference if an item you purchased is later offered at a lower price on our website, subject to these conditions: 

  • The item must be identical (brand, size, color) and in stock at the time of request.
  • Applies to regular and sale-priced items only. Final Clearance items are excluded.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Excludes temporary or single-day sales (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Week, flash sales) and orders with promo or rewards codes.

 
To request a price adjustment, contact Customer Service at 1-855-665-7710 or [email protected] with your order number and the product URL. Once verified, credit will be issued to your original payment method. 

Note: Final Clearance items are not eligible. The Walking Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. 


Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous US.
