What is your return and exchange policy?
Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the merchandise or shoe box (tape, labels, markings, etc.) will void the return. All returns are inspected; worn or damaged items will be returned at your cost or forfeited.
Please include your original sales receipt or order confirmation email.
Final Clearance: All sales are final and non-returnable.
Refunds & Exchanges:

- A $10 shipping fee is deducted from refunds (Returns for store credit and exchanges are free).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift returns are refunded to the purchaser.
Defects or Errors:
Contact Customer Service at 1-855-665-7710 or [email protected] for defective or incorrect items.
Promotions:
Returning part of a multi-item promotion (e.g. “Buy One, Get One”) will void discounts and may result in the return being rejected. All promotional items must be returned together.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please obtain a return label from us to ensure timely processing.
How to Start:
- Click the Returns link to begin your return or exchange.
- Select the option that best fits your request (Exchange or Return).
Options:
- Free Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size are free. Exchanges for a different color, style, or footbed are eligible for a $10 bonus credit when using the SHOP NOW option within the online exchange process.
- Free Returns: Returns for store credit (EGC) are free. Elite members of our Rewards Program receive free returns.
- Returns for Refund: a $10 Fee will be Automatically deducted for monetary refunds (Visa, PayPal, Credit Card).
Shipping Instructions:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your return label and packing slip (check spam folders).
- Print both documents, place the packing slip inside the box, and attach the return label outside. If you don’t have a printer, FedEx may print it for you, or we can mail it upon request.
- Drop the package at your nearest FedEx location. Delivery takes approximately 5 – 7 business days.
- Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit. Track your shipment using your provided tracking number and contact us if there are no updates after delivery.
Note: Final Clearance items are not returnable, and returns are accepted only for unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 – 15 business days after your return is received. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Do you allow exchanges for a different size or style?
Yes, we allow exchanges for different sizes or styles.
- Size exchanges: Free of charge.
- Different item, color, footbed, or brand: Free, plus a $10 bonus credit when using the SHOP NOW option within the online exchange process.
- Elite Members: All exchanges are free.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Final Sale/Clearance items are not eligible.
- Items failing inspection will be returned at your cost or forfeited.
