Why was my payment declined? 

Your payment may have been declined due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or issues with your bank or card provider. Please verify your information and try again or contact your bank for assistance. 


Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

No, you don’t need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest, though creating an account allows faster checkout and easy order tracking. Creating an account also automatically enrolls you into our Loyalty Rewards Program, which you can learn about here. 


How do I reset my account password? 

You can reset your password by entering your registered email address on the password recovery page.
